As a Hot Chi shift leader at a food hall location, your responsibilities fall into 5 main categories:
- LEAD RESTAURANT OPERATIONS FOR THAT SHIFT
- Opening and closing checklists
- Food safety and Walk In Cooler
- Equipment operation and troubleshooting
- ACCOUNTABILITY
- Enforcing restaurant policies including but not limited to: Uniform, Tardiness, Attendance, Phone Usage, Quality Identifier Adherence
- CUSTOMER RECOVERY
- Handling difficult customers like a Hot Chi Pro!
- Recovering guests using the E.A.C Method
- Issuing refunds + customer credits
- 4. INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
- Stowing away deliveries
- Creating Prep Lists
- Counting Full Restaurant Inventory Sheet
- Alerting Management about expected shortages
5. KITCHEN PREP
- Learn to make every item in Recipe Book
- Execute a master prep list of all bulk items
- Oversee execution of prep list
