🔥 Shift Leader – Hot Chi (Downtown Locations; OPO & SFH) 🔥
Shifts:** 6–8 hours
Pay:$17.50 – $19.50/hr (based on experience)

🚀 What You'll Be Responsible For
LEAD RESTAURANT OPERATIONS
* Follow and complete opening/closing checklists
* Monitor food safety standards and walk-in cooler organization
* Operate and troubleshoot kitchen equipment
* Adjust staffing in real-time to match business needs
* Send daily shift summaries to management
ACCOUNTABILITY
* Enforce policies around uniforms, punctuality, attendance, phone use
* Ensure all team members follow our Quality Identifier standards
* Coach team with respect and firmness
CUSTOMER RECOVERY
* Handle guest issues like a Hot Chi pro
* Use the **D.O.E. Method** to resolve problems
* Issue refunds or credits as needed to win customers back
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
* Receive and stow away deliveries
* Create and oversee prep lists
* Complete full inventory counts as scheduled
* Communicate expected shortages to management
* Scan and upload order invoices.
KITCHEN PREP
* Master every item in the Hot Chi recipe book
* Lead prep for all bulk kitchen items
* Oversee the execution and quality of prep lists
