💰 Pay: $20 - $22/hr (Based on Experience) + 10% Performance-Based Bonus (Quarterly)

About Us:
We’re a multi-concept ghost kitchen bringing together Middle Eastern flavors from Cedars in Hyde Park and Nashville hot chicken from Hot Chi under one roof in Avondale, on the north side of Chicago. Our kitchen operates exclusively for online orders, meaning no front-of-house responsibilities—just a streamlined, efficient back-of-house environment where food quality and speed matter most.
What You’ll Do:
- 🍳 Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- 📦 Manage inventory, track stock levels, and place orders with vendors.
- 📅 Create and manage team schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- 🍽️ Work alongside team members in food prep, order execution, and kitchen cleanliness.
- ✅ Ensure food quality, consistency, and safety standards are met every shift.
- 🔄 Train and support crew members, helping build a high-performing team.
- 📊 Monitor performance metrics, including efficiency, waste reduction, and labor costs.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous kitchen or shift management experience (ghost kitchen experience is a plus!).
✅ Strong leadership and communication skills—able to motivate a small team.
✅ Organized and detail-oriented—capable of handling inventory, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
✅ Reliable and proactive—ready to take ownership of the kitchen’s success.
✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-efficiency environment.
