Responsibilities and Duties

• Crew member roles include cashiers, expeditors, ice cream confectioner, line cooks and prep cooks. 
• Our Cashiers welcome guests, talk colorfully and confidently about the menu, and take orders in a fast paced environment. They will also monitor and observe guests dining experience to ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service, and respond promptly and courteously to correct any problems.
• Expeditors are expected to be the conductors of the kitchen. Their role involves managing the accuracy and timing of each order. The expo will also package and announce orders to the guests.
• Line cooks are expected to operate the fryers and plate menu items to order in a fast paced environment.
• Prep cooks will be responsible for preparing several food items and ensuring line cooks remain stocked as necessary.
• All crew members are expected to clean both dining room and other areas of restaurant that may need support.

Pay

• Based on experience. Tip sharing for some positions.
